QBurst was founded by three software professionals - Prathapan Sethu, Binu Dasappan and Ansar Shahabudeen. It is their technical and business expertise that is the driving force behind QBurst's pursuit of excellence. By recruiting, training and retaining the best talents, the founders continually build on the company's core strengths. QBurst has a flat organization structure with minimal hierarchy; the environment is fast paced and free form.

Leadership Team

Prathapan Sethu

In his role as the CEO of QBurst, Prathapan provides overall leadership and direction for all aspects of the company’s business including strategy, software development and global delivery models. He has been at the helm of QBurst’s operations ever since its inception in 2004. Among his key accomplishments is the development and expansion of QBurst’s business across six countries. He built the organization from the ground up, providing innovative solutions, uncompromising quality and best-in-class service to its clientèle.

Binu Dasappan

As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the company, Binu has played a pivotal role in the QBurst journey. His responsibilities encompass QBurst’s operations, growth and profitability. His emphasis on strengthening competitiveness and improving the depth of services has made QBurst one of the fastest growing technology companies in its regions of operation. Prior to QBurst, Binu has held several leadership positions especially in companies based in the Middle East and has vast experience in corporate strategy as well as systems and software development. His prior work experience in rolling out ERP and CRM systems has helped QBurst achieve excellence in its enterprise software applications. Under his overall stewardship, the company revenue has grown steadily over the years.

Ansar Shahabudeen

As the Chief Technology Officer, Ansar leads the technology initiatives at QBurst. Always abreast of latest tech-trends, he drives the technical and architectural decisions across the software service portfolio. Skilled in multitudinous technologies and frameworks, he ensures high quality and cost effective software development services to QBurst’s global customer base. Ansar has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. A strong motivator with a keen interest in employee engagement and satisfaction, Ansar strikes a perfect balance and continues to be a driving force at QBurst.

Matt Grest

Since 1999, Matt has been at the forefront of Internet software development. He played a vital role in taking Plusnet (a UK Internet Service Provider) from £6m turnover in 1999 to an eventual £67m acquisition by British Telecom in January 2007. Matt is known for his "can do" attitude and highly motivational leadership style.

Binny Cherian

With more than twenty years of experience, Binny Cherian brings unparalleled operational expertise to QBurst. With top notch knowledge of telecommunications and networking, Binny has worked on satellite communications, LAN / WAN and telecom billing systems. Prior to joining QBurst, he successfully led an IT support service firm for ten years in the US.

Abhi VK

Abhi Kunjumole brings to QBurst a background that spans over fourteen years of development experience. Abhi ensures technical excellence by overseeing the various development and quality assurance projects for US based clients. Prior to joining QBurst, Abhi worked for Direct Brands, a leader in entertainment distribution industry. Early in his career, he also worked with MCI, Liberty Insurance and JTS Technology. With a Bachelors degree in Applied Electronics from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and M.B.A. from Regis University, Abhi is an invaluable part of QBurst top management.

Suresh Nair

As Vice President, Operations, Suresh is responsible for the day-to-day operations of QBurst. Before joining QBurst, he managed the Business Intelligence and Data Technology teams at Fannie Mae. He also led the Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse and Back Office Operations teams located across America, Europe and Asia at AOL. Suresh holds a BE in Computer Science and MBA in Operations Management.

Karol Przybyszewski

Karol joined QBurst to establish and lead a new development center at Bialystok, Poland. He is known for his ability to face difficult challenges and turn them into working solutions. His understanding of modern trends in information technology combined with his remarkable management skills give him the ability to provide customers with the software solutions they need.
