Prathapan brings years of software development experience to QBurst through prior roles in both small and large companies. He has led development teams in both enterprise and consumer markets. Before founding QBurst, Prathapan worked mostly in the US Telecommunication industry.

Binu has a rich background of executive-level experience that enables him to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of QBurst. He has successfully rolled out ERP and CRM systems in many Middle East based companies.

Ansar is the driving force behind adopting innovative technologies and development methodologies that enable QBurst to effectively deliver quality solutions to its customers. Ansar is a technically accomplished professional who was part of the Applied Systems team that designed and built innovative metal detectors. He holds a patent in this field.

Since 1999, Matt has been at the forefront of Internet software development. He played a vital role in taking Plusnet (a UK Internet Service Provider) from £6m turnover in 1999 to an eventual £67m acquisition by British Telecom in January 2007. Matt is known for his "can do" attitude and highly motivational leadership style.

With more than twenty years of experience, Binny Cherian brings unparalleled operational expertise to QBurst. With top notch knowledge on information technology sectors including telecommunications and networking, Binny has worked on satellite communications, LAN / WAN and telecom billing systems. Prior to joining QBurst, he successfully led an IT support service firm for ten years in the US.

Abhi Kunjumole brings to QBurst a background that spans over fourteen years of development experience. Abhi ensures technical excellence by overseeing the various development and quality assurance projects for US based clients. Prior to joining QBurst, Abhi worked for Direct Brands, a leader in entertainment distribution industry. Early in his career, he also worked with MCI, Liberty Insurance and JTS Technology. With a Bachelors degree in Applied Electronics from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and M.B.A. from Regis University, Abhi is an invaluable part of QBurst top management.

With a rich 14 plus years of Middle East experience, Bijoy takes charge of the most recent region, added to the QBurst network. With exceptional skills in Business Solution Software consulting, Bijoy has successfully led Pre-Sale Consulting and Sales Teams in leading solution services organizations in the Middle East. His relationship management and people skills are key strengths, Bijoy is going to capitalize on, to strategize the growth of QBurst in the Middle East and African markets.

As Vice President - Operations, Suresh is responsible for the day-to-day operations of QBurst. Before joining QBurst, he managed the Business Intelligence and Data Technology teams at Fannie Mae. He also led the Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse and Back Office Operations teams located across America, Europe and Asia at AOL. Suresh holds a BE in Computer Science and MBA in Operations Management.
