Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to track key sales performance metrics
• Conduct revenue and cost variance analysis to identify trends and key performance drivers
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and insights to leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities
• Partner with Sales and Sales Operations teams to provide financial insights for strategic and operational decision-making
• Evaluate financial viability of new initiatives through ROI and cost-benefit analysis
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
• Support preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business challenges
• Monitor and track key performance indicators and benchmark performance against industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CMA) preferred
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance roles
• Experience in the IT services industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and strategic mindset
