Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business and campaign objectives
• Design, refine, and optimize omnichannel customer journeys across web, email, mobile, social, and paid channels to drive engagement, conversion, and retention
• Translate marketing goals into actionable campaign strategies using data, insights, and performance trends to ensure measurable impact
• Define KPIs, create reporting frameworks, and track performance to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and customer journeys
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, gaps, and emerging platforms or technologies
• Provide strategic and consultative guidance to clients and internal teams on marketing strategy, campaign planning, execution models, and optimization approaches
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including marketing, design, development, and content) to ensure seamless alignment between strategy and execution

Requirements

• Proven expertise in developing and executing omnichannel digital marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, or other similar marketing technologies
• Experience across key digital marketing services, including Analytics, Paid Advertising, SEO, and Email Marketing
• Demonstrated ability to create customer journey frameworks and engagement strategies across multiple digital touchpoints
