Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle activities including qualification, planning, response management, submission, and post-submission support
- Facilitate bid/no-bid decisions with Sales and BU stakeholders
- Analyze RFP/RFI requirements and coordinate with solution architects and SMEs
- Lead cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure timely submissions
- Track bid progress, risks, escalations, and communicate updates regularly
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements and secure all necessary approvals before submission
- Maintain bid metrics, reusable content repositories, and bid outcome reports
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Presales/Bid Management or Proposal Management
- Strong experience in handling RFP/RFI/RFQ processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids under tight timelines
- Good understanding of bid governance and compliance processes
