Transforming fragmented DevOps operations into a scalable, secure, and automated cloud-native CI/CD platform.
A global fashion retail company operating multiple brands across diverse international markets.
Modernizing fragmented CI/CD infrastructure to improve scalability, governance, automation, and operational resilience.
The client is a leading global fashion retailer operating multiple consumer brands across Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe. As part of its DevOps transformation journey, the organization sought a scalable and resilient CI/CD ecosystem to enable faster releases, improve operational governance, and support future growth.
The client’s existing CI/CD landscape consisted of multiple independently managed Jenkins environments that created operational complexity, governance gaps, and scalability limitations.
We designed and implemented a centralized, cloud-native CI/CD platform to modernize the client’s DevOps operations and support scalable software delivery across teams and environments.
At the core of the solution, Jenkins was containerized and deployed on Amazon ECS to enable high availability, automated failover, and simplified operational management.
To support elastic scaling, the platform leveraged dynamically provisioned EC2 agents using Jenkins EC2 plugins. Standardized build environments were created through custom Amazon Machine Images generated using Packer, ensuring consistency across all pipelines and workloads.
To eliminate configuration drift and improve governance, we implemented a complete infrastructure-as-code approach across the CI/CD ecosystem.
All configurations, infrastructure definitions, and job specifications were maintained within GitHub, providing a centralized source of truth with traceability, rollback capability, and governance control.
The platform introduced workload isolation through dedicated build and infrastructure agents with role-specific permissions.
