Responsibilities
- Understand and support the end-to-end presales and proposal management process
- Analyse client requirements, RFPs, and RFIs to prepare feature lists and solution inputs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required information for proposals
- Compile, structure, and maintain proposal content and supporting documents
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely completion of proposal submissions
- Assist in preparing presentations, capability documents, and solution overviews
- Maintain reusable proposal templates and content repositories
- Utilize AI tools to improve content quality, research, and productivity
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Presales, Proposal Support, Bid Management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of the presales lifecycle and proposal preparation process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong content writing, editing, and documentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Good analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
