Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies that align with each client’s business priorities and customer acquisition goals
- Lead all technical SEO initiatives, including audits, site architecture improvements, indexation strategies, structured data, Core Web Vitals optimization, and mobile-first best practices
- Provide strategic technical guidance during website migrations, redesigns, platform changes, new feature development, and enterprise-scale rollouts
- Lead keyword strategy, content optimization frameworks, and competitive assessments at scale
- Ensure SEO requirements are integrated into development sprints, QA cycles, and release processes
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven SEO technologies to enhance productivity and performance
- Proactively monitor and report on organic performance, delivering actionable insights using GA4, GSC, Semrush, and other advanced SEO tools
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving SEO, analytics, and digital ads
- Define project scopes, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and deadlines
- Coordinate with content, design, development, analytics, and client teams to ensure seamless execution
- Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and drive timely issue resolution
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure consistent, proactive communication
- Mentor, coach, and upskill SEO team members on technical concepts, analysis, and best practices
- Build and optimize internal SEO processes, frameworks, and checklists for scalable delivery
- Promote a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends, and evolving opportunities in GEO and AEO
Requirements
- 10 - 15 years of hands-on SEO experience, with deep expertise in technical SEO for enterprise-scale websites
- Experience with enterprise SEO for large, multi-domain or international websites
- Experience building or contributing to AI-driven SEO workflows
- Proficient knowledge of search engine crawling, rendering, indexing, and ranking mechanisms
- Excellent project management skills with experience delivering SEO, digital ads, analytics, and reporting projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with enterprise SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, ScreamingFrog, Conductor, seoClarity, etc
- Ability to work closely with developers; solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
- Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms
