Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead regular business reviews
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across service lines
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand wallet share and uncover whitespace opportunities
- Monitor client business priorities, procurement cycles, and market trends to proactively identify opportunities
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to develop proposals, RFP responses, and tailored solutions
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, solution presentations, and executive discussions
- Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain accurate account intelligence using CRM and market research tools
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B Sales within an IT services or technology company
- Proven experience growing revenue within enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), QE, and application development
- Excellent consultative selling, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with pre-sales teams, solution architects, and technical stakeholders
- Strong account planning and CRM management capabilities
- Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently
