Proficiency in both Japanese and English.

Work Location

QBurst Tokyo office.

The work location may change based on clients requests.

Working Hours

8 hours, typically from 9:00 to 18:00 (JST) with a one-hour lunch break.

Holidays and Leaves

Off days: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Leaves: New Year holiday and annual paid leaves.

Salary

The salary depends on your experience and qualifications.

Based on your designation, a fixed compensation for overtime hours may be included in your monthly salary.

Salary Review

Once a year, compensation is reviewed based on the individual's role and performance.

Bonus

No bonus is given but the individual's performance is considered at the time of annual salary review.

Benefits

Health insurance, pension, social and labor insurance, commuting allowance.
