Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads across target industries
- Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Identify decision-makers and build sales pipelines through cold calling and prospecting
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pitch suitable solutions
- Support cross-selling initiatives and customer onboarding activities
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance metrics
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide monthly sales forecasts
- Participate in trade shows and networking events for lead generation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation
- Strong CRM and sales analytics proficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive data-driven sales growth and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales tools is preferred
