Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to refine functional and technical requirements.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Design and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Perform code reviews, ensure test coverage, and optimize performance within Salesforce governor limits.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Support estimation, sprint planning, and delivery management in Agile environments.
• Ensure compliance with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues and client-facing discussions.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of Salesforce development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience building enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Tibco).
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future) and complex integrations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SFDX.
• Experience with data migration, environment management, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or Architect certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and additional Salesforce clouds or DevOps tools is a plus.
