Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, Maven, or similar tools).
• Execute automated and manual test cases to validate application functionality.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using standard defect tracking tools.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests (e.g., Jenkins).
• Ensure test coverage, scalability, and performance of automation solutions.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java.
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks (TestNG, Maven, or similar).
• Good understanding of API testing and relevant tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
• Solid knowledge of functional testing principles and SDLC/STLC processes.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
