Renuka Ramnath

Renuka is the Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of Multiples Alternate Asset Management Private Limited (Multiples), a private equity manager and advisor to Funds with AUM of over US$3 billion. With over 35 years in financial services, she has deep experience in private equity, investment banking, and structured finance. She previously served as MD and CEO of ICICI Venture, building it into one of India’s largest private equity funds before founding Multiples in 2009.

Renuka is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses that drive employment and economic growth. She serves on the board of GPCA and chaired the Executive Committee of IVCA (2020–2022). She has been featured in prestigious lists like Business Today’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women and Forbes’ Top 50 Achievers in Business.

Renuka holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from VJTI, an MBA from the University of Mumbai, and has completed the AMP at Harvard Business School.

Manish Gaur

Manish is an investment professional with nearly 20 years of experience spanning listed and unlisted markets. He joined Multiples in 2019 and serves as Managing Director – Enterprise Technology and Pharma, leading investments in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, enterprise technology, industrials, and logistics.

Before Multiples, Manish spent 14+ years with The Carlyle Group, where he worked across Asia Growth Capital as well as Buyout teams focusing on investments across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, technology and business services, consumer, and industrials. Earlier in his career, he was part of the top-rated equity research teams at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.

Manish holds a postgraduate diploma in management from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Bombay. He is also a CFA charterholder.

QBurst CEO, Prathapan Sethu

Prathapan Sethu

Prathapan cofounded QBurst in 2004 and currently serves on the company’s Board of Directors. As CEO for over two decades, he led QBurst’s transformation from a startup into a globally recognized brand. Under his leadership, the company expanded its presence across six countries and established a reputation for delivering innovative solutions, uncompromising quality, and exceptional service.

Throughout his tenure, Prathapan provided strategic direction across all facets of the business, including software development and global delivery operations. He played a pivotal role in building the organization from the ground up and steering its sustained growth.

Prior to founding QBurst, Prathapan worked primarily in the U.S. telecommunications sector, leading development teams in both enterprise and consumer markets. He earned his engineering degree from CET, Trivandrum, and holds a Master’s degree from IIT Madras.

Arun ‘Rak’ Ramchandran

Rak is the CEO of QBurst and a member of its Board of Directors, responsible for steering the company across all business functions. He joined in April 2025 with a mandate to shape QBurst’s evolution into a differentiated, AI-led digital engineering and technology services firm.

Rak brings over 25 years of leadership experience in technology-driven transformation and consulting services. Prior to QBurst, he was the Global Business Head for Hexaware’s High Tech & Professional Services Vertical and the leader of their GenAI Unit. He has also held leadership roles at Capgemini, Sogeti, and Infosys.

Rak holds an engineering degree from IIT Bombay and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. He is based in Palo Alto, California.
