The existing mobile products were failing to meet the high standards of the local travel industry due to significant usability gaps.

  • Real-Time Map Navigation: Integrated simplified map navigation to allow users to set precise pick-up and drop-off points with ease.
  • Value-Added Travel Services: Incorporated specialized features for airport transfers, including free flight monitoring and "meet and greet" service prompts.
  • Dynamic Fare & Coupon Management: Implemented an upfront fare calculation engine on the trip selection page, along with a new discount coupon feature to drive user loyalty.
