Associate / Architect - Power Platform

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solution designs
• Design enterprise integration strategies and architecture across Microsoft and third-party systems
• Establish and govern architecture standards, design principles, and best practices
• Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance requirements
• Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Define and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps strategies
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and project teams
• Evaluate emerging technologies and platform capabilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with business, technical, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Dataverse
• Strong architecture experience across integration patterns, data modeling, and security architecture
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Experience designing multi-environment strategies
• Strong governance experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Kit (preferred)
• Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
• PL-600 certification (Mandatory)
• Azure Architect certification (Preferred)
