Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade digital solutions across web, mobile, CMS, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business goals into scalable and practical architecture roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across application design, cloud architecture, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive architecture and modernization initiatives using Java/JEE and cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP.
• Guide teams on modern engineering practices including microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, DevOps, and cloud-native development.
• Promote adoption of GenAI tools, AI-assisted development workflows, and spec-driven engineering practices to enhance productivity and quality.
• Stay current with emerging technology trends, architecture patterns, and platform innovations, applying them effectively to client solutions.
• Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts through architecture inputs, estimations, technical proposals, and client discussions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or enterprise solutioning.
• Strong background in Java/JEE-based enterprise application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms.
• Exposure to web platforms, mobile ecosystems, CMS/digital experience platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, REST APIs, containers, CI/CD, security, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools, AI-assisted development, developer productivity tools, and spec-driven development methods.
• Strong awareness of current and emerging technology trends, with the ability to evaluate and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
