QBurst has appointed Malini Moorthy as Chief People Officer, strengthening its leadership team as it advances toward its goal of tripling its scale and impact by 2030. 

Malini will lead QBurst’s people strategy with a focus on scaling the organization thoughtfully and sustainably. She will work closely with leaders across the business to strengthen the talent pool, develop future-ready leadership, and preserve the culture that defines QBurst as it grows.

With over three decades of experience in human capital leadership, Malini brings a deep perspective on managing people and culture through different growth cycles. She has spent nearly 19 years across two distinct stints at Hexaware Technologies, navigating both founder-led and private-equity-driven phases of growth. Her career also includes leadership roles at NSEIT Ltd. and Aptech Ltd., where she helped build scalable talent and leadership frameworks aligned with evolving business priorities.

Malini holds a Bachelor’s degree from BITS Pilani and a PGDM from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
