Arun ‘Rak’ Ramchandran
Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO, Rak is responsible for leading QBurst across all business aspects and shaping its future as a technology services and digital engineering firm using a differentiated AI-led platform. He joined the company in April 2025 and is a member of its Board of Directors. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience in technology-driven transformation and consulting services. Prior to QBurst, Rak was the Global Business Head for Hexaware’s High Tech & Professional Services Vertical and the leader of their GenAI Unit. He has also held leadership roles at Capgemini, Sogeti, and Infosys. Rak graduated in Engineering from IIT Bombay and holds a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. He is based out of Palo Alto in Silicon Valley, California.
Ashok Harris
Interim Chief Operating Officer
As Interim Chief Operating Officer, Ashok Harris is leading efforts to transform QBurst’s core operations, streamline execution, and build scalable structures aligned with long-term business priorities. Ashok brings over three decades of leadership experience from roles including Chief Strategy Officer at Infinite Computer Solutions, President of Global Delivery and Strategic Partnerships at Hexaware Technologies, and earlier, global leadership roles at Mahindra Satyam and Sanmar Group. Throughout his career, Ashok has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and established high-performing delivery systems. His work has spanned sales, partnerships, operations, and reskilling programs across global teams.
Balaji Yellavalli
Chief Growth Officer
Head - North America
Balaji is the Chief Growth Officer at QBurst, leading Go-to-Market strategy and client advocacy. His primary focus is on the North American Market, in addition to supporting strategic business development initiatives and operational efficiency globally. He brings over 25 years of experience in leading high-growth business units of global consulting and technology firms, including HCLTech, Infosys, and Kyndryl. His expertise spans multiple domains, including Sales, Large Deals, Consulting, Application Services, Business Process Management, and Infrastructure Services delivery. He has spearheaded major pursuits across Banking & Financial Services, Retail, CPG, and Hi-Tech clients across North America & Europe.
Jimmy Kappen
Senior Vice President
Chief Delivery Officer
Jimmy is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and client success across all service lines and geographies. He leads the company’s global delivery organization, ensuring scalable execution, margin improvement, and transformation through an AI-led delivery model. Prior to QBurst, he was a management consultant with Deloitte focusing on implementing enterprise applications. Jimmy holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
Pritish Jayachandran

Finance & Accounts
As SVP–F&A of the company, Pritish is responsible for treasury management, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls at QBurst. He has over 17 years of experience in the areas of audit and assurance, due diligence review, SOX/internal control review, corporate taxation, and implementing standard operating procedures. Pritish holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Very much a family man, Pritish loves to travel when he is not busy with numbers.
Sajith Devarajan

Technology
Sajith is deeply committed to QBurst’s pursuit of excellence in technology and engineering. A passionate Python developer with a keen interest in data, he leads the company’s innovation hub and drives AI adoption across the organization. He also heads the Data Engineering and AI service lines, guiding teams to deliver impactful, future-ready solutions. An IIT graduate with an M.Tech in GeoInformatics, Sajith’s research interests span satellite image analysis and uncertainty quantification in data processing. He is an active contributor to the free and open-source software (FOSS) community, with a special focus on Indian language computing and geospatial tools.
Atin Kulkarni

Digital Marketing & Retail Solutions
Atin Kulkarni leads QBurst’s strategic efforts in Digital Marketing, Retail and Customer Experience, and Marketing & External Communications, blending technology, data, and creativity to drive measurable business impact. He is known for building AI- and analytics-powered marketing ecosystems that accelerate growth and redefine customer experiences. Over a 20-year career, Atin has led marketing and commercial transformation programs at PepsiCo, GSK, Match.com, and Reliant Energy (NRG), combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach. He is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and the University of Toronto.
Biju Shoolapani

Biju is a visionary executive with over 26 years of proven expertise driving large-scale transformations across retail, financial services, and healthcare sectors. As a Senior Advisor at QBurst, he champions the growth of digital experience and platform service lines. Before joining QBurst, Biju held pivotal business and technology leadership roles at Hexaware and Cognizant, where he pioneered the creation and scaling of new service lines and technology solutions. His global experience spans the United States, Europe, Singapore, and India, reflecting a deep understanding of diverse markets and cultural dynamics. He holds a Master’s degree from IIT Madras.
Daniel Kotton

Daniel has spent 20+ years in the IT, financial, insurance, and healthcare sectors in various executive roles across the African continent. He is fully committed to delivering results that create value for all stakeholders. His passion is conceptualizing, developing, and implementing complex systems and solutions. Daniel leads complex global projects and multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional results. As a steward leader, he believes in empowering people.
Sunil Kumar Palakandathil

Head - Asia Pacific & Japan
Sunil heads the Japan and APAC Business Unit at QBurst and is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy and ensuring delivery excellence across the region. He is also responsible for client and partner relationship management and strategic business development in the region. Sunil brings long years of software development and engineering management experience to his current role at QBurst. He is a strong people manager with a passion for designing and scaling successful organizations that are responsive to changing customer needs.
Ushin Rai

Ushin brings over three decades of sales leadership experience in the IT services industry, driving strategic growth and market expansion across Japan. He spent 27 years at IBM, followed by leadership roles at Wipro and Robosoft Technologies, leading business initiatives across BFSI, Telecom, and Logistics, and forging key partnerships for sustained success. With deep expertise in bringing Indian IT capabilities to the Japanese market, he is committed to fostering collaboration, enabling sales excellence, and driving innovation. A Japanese national fluent in English, Ushin brings a global outlook to leadership and transformation. Based in Tokyo, he enjoys outings with clients or colleagues and golf on weekends.

As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Suresh plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our growth strategy. With a strong track record in the software services industry, he leads business development efforts and drives demand generation initiatives to expand our global market presence. He is instrumental in cultivating executive-level relationships, forging strategic partnerships, and strengthening stakeholder engagement. Suresh also leads alignment across global delivery teams, driving collaboration between onshore and offshore units to scale operations and achieve business goals.

With a focus on providing technology consulting for cloud platforms and AI, he has partnered extensively with systems integrators and services organizations to build scalable industry-focused solutions and practices. As the Cloud Service Leader at QBurst, Umang strives to enable customers to adopt cloud platforms in a manner that balances performance, security, and reliability with cost and operational efficiency. Helping organizations achieve their strategic business objectives through IT and Cloud initiatives is the primary motivating factor for Umang, who adopts a customer-first approach in his engagements.
