Fort Sathram School is one of the oldest upper primary schools in Trivandrum. In 2009, the school opened an autism center. The center aims to equip and educate autistic children of various ages and houses a multi-sensory park for the treatment of children with sensory dysfunction.

QBurst sponsored a one-year speech therapy program for the children at the autism center.
