Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Marketing Automation platforms including HubSpot
- Build and execute customer journeys and omnichannel campaigns (Email, Push, In-app, SMS)
- Translate business requirements into automation workflows and journey logic
- Configure segmentation, personalization, event-based triggers, and contact properties
- Set up, test, schedule, monitor, and optimize campaigns
- Perform QA, proofing, and troubleshoot delivery or data flow issues
- Support integrations using HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and basic REST concepts
- Manage CSV imports/exports, subscription preferences, and contact updates
- Maintain email templates, modules, workflows, and dynamic content
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, sales, and technical teams
- Monitor campaign performance and document platform processes
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Marketing Automation or Customer Engagement platforms
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (mandatory)
- Experience with tools such as Marketo, Braze, or other MA platforms (preferred)
- Working knowledge of HTML and SQL for scripting and troubleshooting
- Basic experience with HubSpot APIs (REST APIs, webhooks)
- Experience in building and optimizing lead nurturing programs
- Familiarity with segmentation logic, personalization tokens, and workflow management
- Exposure to JavaScript, JSON, Postman, or reporting tools (Looker Studio / Power BI) is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts
