In a conversation with The Hindu BusinessLine, CEO Arun ‘Rak’ Ramchandran shared QBurst’s plans to triple revenue and double its workforce over the next five years, with South India playing a central role in the company’s next phase of global growth.
QBurst currently operates across 11 countries, with North America contributing around 55% of its revenue. As business expands in Japan and the Middle East, teams in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram are increasingly delivering high-value digital engineering and AI-led transformation programs for global clients.
“Japanese and Middle Eastern clients demand a different level of precision, quality and long-term commitment. Increasingly, this work is being delivered from Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram rather than being concentrated in the larger technology hubs,” Rak said.
With more than 3,000 professionals and an attrition rate below 8%, QBurst is continuing to invest in South India’s talent ecosystem, including talent from Tier-II and Tier-III towns, to support its global growth ambitions.
