QBurst and Factory Partner to Bring Agentic Software Engineering to Global Enterprises

QBurst, a design-led digital engineering company powered by High AI-Q™, today announced a strategic partnership with Factory, a leading agent-native software development platform, to help enterprises embrace agent-native software engineering at scale. The collaboration expands QBurst's High AI-Q portfolio with two new offerings: Agentic SDLC and Agentic Modernization.

At the core of Factory's platform are Droids—autonomous AI agents capable of executing significant portions of the software development lifecycle, including feature development, code reviews, testing, documentation, and incident response. QBurst will integrate Droids into its Digital Engineering practice and extend agent-native development across its 3,200-plus engineers in 11 countries.

Agentic SDLC embeds AI agents into day-to-day engineering workflows, enabling teams to accelerate development, improve productivity, and deliver higher-quality software. Agentic Modernization leverages Droids to speed up the migration and refactoring of legacy applications into modern, cloud-native architectures, helping enterprises reduce technical debt while shortening modernization timelines.

Commenting on the partnership, Biju Shoolapani, Head of Digital Engineering at QBurst, said:

"AI-native engineering is rapidly becoming the new standard for enterprise software development. Through our partnership with Factory, we're bringing autonomous AI agents into our Digital Engineering High AI Qatalyst Framework to help clients modernize faster, improve engineering efficiency, and deliver high-quality software with greater speed and confidence. Together, we're enabling organizations to move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale adoption with a practical, production-ready approach."

Sharing his perspective on the partnership, Mark Kobe, Head of Partners at Factory, said:

"The partnership comes at an inflection point for agentic AI. QBurst combines deep engineering expertise with a strong track record of delivering complex enterprise transformation programs. By integrating Factory's agent-native development platform into QBurst's delivery model, we're giving enterprises a practical way to modernize applications, accelerate software delivery, and improve quality while maintaining the governance and control that large organizations require."

QBurst plans to bring Agentic SDLC and Agentic Modernization to clients across industries, including retail, real estate, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, and financial  services— sectors where QBurst has long-standing delivery relationships and where the pressure to modernize faster, without compromising quality or compliance, is most acute.

By combining Factory's AI-native development platform with QBurst's expertise in digital engineering, product engineering, digital experience, and modernization, the partnership enables organizations to accelerate innovation, improve engineering efficiency, and scale AI adoption with confidence.
