Ashok Harris, who has been serving as Interim Chief Operating Officer, will transition the role to SGK and continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.

Before joining QBurst, he was President and Head of Technology Services Delivery at Mindsprint, where he led the successful transformation of the organization from a captive unit into a full-scale IT services company, delivering strong business outcomes over nearly three years.

SGK’s global experience spans Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, Hospitality, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Telecommunications. Throughout his career, he has managed large portfolios, led complex transformation programs, built high-performing global teams, and driven innovation across regions. His leadership journey includes successful stints at Atos, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Tata Consultancy Services.
